Designed and delivered a full Oracle Cloud Infrastructure estate across Non-Prod, Prod, and DR. Conducted SAMA gap analysis, secured architectural approvals, and ran partner RFPs. Implemented PCI-DSS & PIN certification controls. Built the target operating model and programme management.
